No-Questions-Asked Return and Exchange Policy for Ready-Made Items:

For ready-made items such as hijabs, accessories, and all ready-to-wear (RTW) products, we offer a hassle-free ‘no-questions-asked’ return policy. In case there is a mistake from our side in terms of size, color or any other specification, you can return the item within 3 days of delivery for a refund, or can request for an exchange. In case of exchange, the company will bear the delivery and logistic cost.

If the item is found unsatisfactory due to customer’s failure in making the order (eg. Ordering the wrong size), there will be no refund provided in this case. However, the customer can still request for an exchange. In this case of exchange, the customer will have to bear the shipping and logistic cost.

Custom-Made Items:

Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns on custom-made items, including abayas, hijab niqab sets, and other personalized products. These items are crafted based on your order according to your custom and personalized preferences, specifically for you.

Defective or Size Issues with Custom-Made Products:

In the rare instance of a defect or sizing issue from our end for a custom-made product, such as an abaya or hijab niqab set, we will exchange the product for you urgently to ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery Time:

Our team is dedicated to delivering your orders as swiftly as possible. For RTW items like fleece hoodies, hijabs, or accessories, expect delivery within 5-7 days, while customized abayas may take 12-15 days to reach at your doorstep. Moreover, embellished or embroidered abayas foresee order based production, and thus are delivered within 30-45 days.

Return Process:

In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for bearing the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned product in its original condition – with tags attached, unused, and appropriately packed.
